Please note that our Express Delivery Service is available only in a limited number of countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, after having selected your shipping address and before proceeding to payment.

Expected Delivery Times

All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm.

EUROPEAN UNION

Sandard delivery: within 3 - 5 working days from the order confirmation

Express delivery: within 2 -3 working days from the order confirmation

WORLDWIDE

Delivery within 3-7 working days

Sales tax and duties are included in all prices on our website.

You will not receive an additional bill from the courier. If you are ordering from within the European Union, import duties will not be applicable. For all other countries these are included at the checkout.

Return & Refunds

In the EU, returns are free within 14 days of the goods receipt. Any additional costs incurred by the customer, such as the shipping costs and payement on delivery costs, if chosen by the customer, will not be refunded.
